DevOps Engineer – IAM Automation

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to design, automate, and maintain secure infrastructure. You will work closely with IAM architects, security, development, and operations teams to embed IAM processes into our CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain IaC (Terraform/Ansible) for IAM‑related infrastructure.
• Automate user provisioning, de‑provisioning, access certification, and role management.
• Integrate IAM solutions with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify automation opportunities and align with the overall IAM strategy.
• Document infrastructure, processes, and scripts comprehensively.
• Troubleshoot deployment, script, and workflow issues.
• Participate in code reviews, security audits, and compliance activities.
• Stay current with IAM, security, and AI trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• IAM principles (authentication, authorization, RBAC, MFA, SSO).
• IAM platforms: Okta, Azure AD, Saviynt, CyberArk.
• Directory services: LDAP, Active Directory.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible.
• Scripting languages: Python, PowerShell, Bash.
• Cloud IAM services: AWS IAM, Azure AD, GCP IAM.
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Security best practices for IAM and DevOps.
• Compliance frameworks: GDPR, ISO 27001, SOX.
• REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect.
