DevOps Engineer – Cloud & CI/CD Automation

About the role

Richemont is looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join its global “Client & Market” teams. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable cloud platforms that power the online experiences of Richemont Maisons. The role focuses on containerization, orchestration, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD automation.

Key responsibilities

• Automate integration of products and solutions through Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with the DevSecOps team to design, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) alongside other DevOps engineers.
• Partner with Test Automation Engineers to set up and improve dedicated pipelines.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, performant, and operable according to Group Technology standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain applications, keeping technical documentation up to date.
• Configure and maintain monitoring and logging solutions to track performance and health.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and mentor development teams in DevOps practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or DevOps Engineer.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multinational teams.
• Experience with decoupled/composable architecture and micro‑services.
