Department Manager – Luxury Retail (Lisbon)

About the role

The Department Manager will lead a product category within the Christian Dior Couture boutique in Lisbon. Reporting to the Store Director, the role focuses on driving profitable sales, meeting key performance indicators, and delivering the high‑standard Dior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, train and evaluate the sales team, fostering talent development and daily performance improvement.
• Set goals, brief the team on product knowledge, and share feedback to maintain a motivated environment.
• Act as Manager on Duty, ensuring smooth boutique operations and covering leadership gaps.
• Develop and implement innovative initiatives to boost business performance and meet sales targets.
• Manage a portfolio of local and international clients, building long‑term relationships based on trust and excellent service.
• Track and monitor sales metrics, KPIs and customer satisfaction indicators.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury or fashion retail management.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client relationship management.
• Ability to analyze performance data and implement action plans.
