Demand Planner – FMCG (Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for a Demand Planner to join our client’s Services team in Portugal. You will work directly with a leading FMCG client, managing the full demand planning cycle and acting as the local expert for their AI‑driven planning platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end demand planning process for the client.
• Produce accurate forecasts and lead regular demand review meetings.
• Collaborate with commercial, logistics and operations stakeholders.
• Serve as system owner and platform expert on‑site.
• Continuously improve planning tools, processes and provide feedback to engineering.
• Help define best‑practice processes and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting or S&OP/IBP.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Native Portuguese speaker with fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with forecasting methods.
• Familiarity with planning tools such as ERP or APS systems.
