Data Scientist – Remote (Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our remote team in Portugal. You will turn raw data into actionable insights, support decision‑making and help scale our data‑driven products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain data pipelines and models.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical modelling.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualisations using Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements.
• Ensure data quality and governance across the Databricks environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate there.

• SQL query writing.
• Experience with Databricks.
• Data modelling techniques.
