About the role
Veeva Link Key People provides deep KOL data to improve engagement with scientific, digital, and clinical leaders. As a Senior Team Lead you will be the operational backbone of the curation effort, guiding a remote team of 50+ freelancers and designing next‑generation production processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a remote team of 50+ freelancers conducting rule‑based web research.
- Implement quality and efficiency projects to boost data accuracy.
- Build a dynamic, proactive, high‑performing team culture.
- Own team KPIs and overall performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on process automation.
- Escalate risks and incidents early and clearly.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven knowledge of business process design, management and optimisation.
- Experience mentoring junior members, leading projects or managing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills for international collaboration.
