About the role
MetTel is looking for a Data Entry Operator to support its expense management processes. You will work with invoices from vendors, ensuring accurate entry into the company's billing system while maintaining confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
- Contact vendors to obtain invoices and download them from vendor portals.
- Enter billing data accurately into the expense management system.
- Perform account‑level updates within the system as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial and vendor information.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of data‑entry experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Utility or telecommunications experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.
- Positive, can‑do attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Experience using Microsoft Teams.
- Familiarity with web portals and online expense management tools.
