Data Analyst – IT Governance & Controls (French)

About the role

Natixis Portugal is looking for a Data Analyst to join its CIO Office. The role focuses on structuring, validating, and analysing data to provide reliable insights for IT activity tracking, controls and governance reporting. Fluency in French is required to support cross‑functional communication within the group.

Key responsibilities

• Collect data from internal sources such as IT activity logs, TEMPO, financial and operational datasets.
• Clean, prepare and validate datasets, identifying missing values, inconsistencies and quality issues.
• Analyse data to detect trends, patterns, risks and anomalies relevant to IT controls and governance.
• Maintain the accuracy and reliability of datasets used for KPI monitoring, financial and budget control.
• Supervise the usage of TEMPO and the CPN1 control mechanisms.
• Produce governance‑focused reports that support strategic steering and management decision‑making.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data reliability and long‑term consistency of governance indicators.
• Experience in data preparation, validation and analysis within an IT or financial services environment.
• Ability to work closely with IT management and business units to translate data into actionable insights.
