Data Analyst – Business Insights

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our teams and support data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation. The role focuses on descriptive and diagnostic analytics, turning complex data into clear insights that help stakeholders understand past business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into effective data reporting and analytical solutions.
• Design and support data solutions such as data warehouses, data marts, dashboards and reporting systems.
• Develop and maintain data models, reports and interactive visualisations.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure accurate data integration, quality and governance.
• Assist stakeholders in interpreting analytical results and converting insights into actionable decisions.

Required profile

• Proficient in SQL for data querying, analysis and performance optimisation.
• Experienced with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Skilled in statistical analysis and data manipulation using Python (pandas) or R.
• Comfortable working with complex data sets, identifying patterns, trends and root causes.
• Strong abilities in data cleansing, preparation and validation.
• Fluent English.
