D2C Integration Specialist

About the role

The D2C Integration Specialist will work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of eCommerce systems, applications and technologies within Bosch's Lisbon operations. You will act as a bridge between business and technology, designing efficient end‑to‑end processes and supporting their implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the IT team to integrate eCommerce platforms and related applications.
• Gather business requirements from cross‑functional teams and design efficient eCommerce workflows.
• Develop detailed documentation of end‑to‑end eCommerce processes.
• Prepare customer specification documents for SAP ERP implementation and align them with process owners.
• Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and create process standards.
• Provide training and support on new processes and systems.
• Organise and coordinate test phases from an end‑to‑end perspective.
• Participate in project planning, risk management and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in eCommerce operations, process design and documentation.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP (Order‑to‑Cash) and its integration with eCommerce platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Experience with project and change management methodologies is a plus.
