Czech-speaking Content Moderator for E-commerce Platform

About the role

We are looking for a native Czech speaker to join a global customer experience leader’s e‑commerce team in Lisbon. As a Content Moderator you will ensure that product listings and user‑generated content comply with platform policies and legal standards, supporting a safe shopping environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review user‑generated content and product listings for compliance with platform policies and local regulations.
• Maintain high accuracy while meeting latency and quality metrics.
• Escalate non‑compliant items according to internal procedures.
• Stay updated on moderation guidelines and policy changes.
• Support content safety across various media types, adapting to peak promotional periods.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in Czech and at least B2 English proficiency.
• Strong communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Understanding of e‑commerce platforms.
• Experience in content moderation, customer service or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive content in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.

Required skills

• Fluency in Czech (native).
• English (minimum B2).
