Customer Support Specialist – German, Dutch, Polish, Arabic, Spanish, Hungarian

About the role

We are looking for multilingual Customer Support Specialists to join our on‑site teams in Lisbon and Porto. The role involves providing high‑quality assistance to customers across several channels while enjoying a supportive, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, email and social media.
• Explain complex product features and event details clearly and professionally.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction while managing multiple interactions simultaneously.
• Support customers in the motorcycle sector, with a strong preference for enthusiasts.

Required profile

• Native or fluent in German, Dutch, Polish, Arabic, Spanish or Hungarian.
• Good level of English.
• EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and grow.
• Previous experience is not required.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools.
• Proficiency in chat platforms.
