Customer Support & Sales Agent – Italian Speaker (Remote, Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Support & Sales Agent who speaks Italian fluently to join our remote team in Portugal. The role combines high‑quality customer service with proactive sales, ensuring every interaction adds value for the client and the business.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer contacts, identify needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Drive conversions, increase average order value and promote accessory or service attachments.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction throughout each call.
• Provide clear information about products and services, addressing objections and closing sales confidently.
• Document interactions accurately and navigate multiple internal systems efficiently.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Italian (C2) and good English (minimum B2).
• Previous sales experience, preferably in a contact‑center or consumer‑electronics environment.
• Proven ability to identify customer needs, propose complete solutions and close deals.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on KPIs such as satisfaction, close rate and attach rate.
• Curious, eager to learn and willing to share knowledge with teammates.

• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer

• Base salary of €1,024 per month.
• Meal allowance of €7.63 per day and a skill‑adder up to €225 per month.
