Customer Service Support – French Speakers

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team in Porto. The role involves assisting telecom customers via phone, email and chat, providing clear guidance, troubleshooting and ensuring a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in French with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist customers with telecom services, including plan information, billing issues and service activations or modifications.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and coordinate with technical and operational teams to deliver timely solutions.
• Guide customers toward improving their overall service experience.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fluency in French (spoken and written).
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Residence within 30 km of Porto and ability to work on‑site.
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
