About the role
Hitachi Rail Portugal is looking for a Project Manager in the telecommunications field to join Hitachi RAIL GTS in Portugal, based in Paço de Arcos. This is a full-time position.
Key responsibilities
- Project initialization and project launch review (baseline review)
- Project execution, monitoring and control
- Delivery and invoicing of project deliverables
- Capture of project lessons learned
- Project closure
Required profile
- Electrotechnical engineer degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Membership of the Portuguese Engineering Association (Ordem dos Engenheiros or Ordem dos Engenheiros Técnicos)
- Understanding of the project lifecycle, from requirements through preliminary and detailed design, development, integration, verification and validation, to test, commissioning and acceptance
Required skills
- English and French communication skills (recommended)
- IPMA level C certification or above (recommended)
