Customer Service Specialist - French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is fluent in French to join Nestlé Business Solutions in Linda‑a‑Velha, Portugal. The role involves handling front‑office interactions with both B2C and B2B customers across multiple channels while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers via voice, email and chat, providing tailored solutions.
• Identify customer needs, advise on Nestlé products and services, and showcase benefits.
• Prioritise first‑contact resolution to improve the overall experience.
• Manage complaints with empathy, turning feedback into service improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in customer‑engagement services.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong multitasking, organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Positive mindset, eagerness to learn and collaborate as a team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
