Customer Service Representative – English (Lisbon)

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries related to insurance policies and ensuring a smooth, satisfying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and chats from customers regarding their insurance policies.
• Process requests using policy administration systems and manage written correspondence.
• Maintain document indexing and electronic archiving.
• Handle policy changes, payment updates, claims, and cancellations.
• Uphold high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent service.
