CRM Creative Producer

About the role

We are looking for a CRM Creative Producer to lead the creative development and execution of customer communications across Google’s Hardware marketing programs. The role blends creative strategy, content production, stakeholder management, and campaign optimisation to deliver engaging, multi‑channel experiences that drive retention and lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end creative development of CRM campaigns, from briefing and concept through production, launch and post‑campaign analysis.
• Partner with marketing, product, and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling customer communications.
• Develop creative approaches that align with brand guidelines while supporting product launches, promotions and lifecycle marketing.
• Maintain consistent customer experience across channels, audiences and markets.
• Manage internal activation tools built on Google Apps Script and oversee email creative, copy and content components.
• Build and maintain email content within approved content management systems, ensuring quality and compliance.

Required profile

• Strong creative judgment with a track record of delivering high‑quality marketing assets.
• Exceptional organisational and project‑management skills.
• Experience managing multi‑channel CRM campaigns for technology or SaaS products.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product, marketing, technical and external creative partners.
