Coordenador de Produção

About the role

The Production Coordinator will oversee daily manufacturing operations in a food/supplement environment, ensuring targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are met. You will lead a team of operators, manage workflow efficiency, and support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to achieve output targets and maintain quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate production operators, schedule tasks, and ensure an efficient workflow.
• Monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Maintain accurate production records and schedule activities in line with demand.
• Ensure raw material availability to support uninterrupted production.
• Report production results and operational issues to the Production Manager.
• Assist in training and integrating new production employees.

Required profile

• Degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Previous experience supervising a team (preferred).
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced production setting.
• Good knowledge of Excel and confidence using technology.
