Content Lead (Founding Content Creator)

About the role

We are looking for a founding Content Lead to own the public face of Paires, a two‑sided platform that connects founders with investors. You will create and manage all external content, from LinkedIn posts and X threads to podcasts and AI‑citable pages, ensuring a consistent brand story across every channel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategy across LinkedIn and X, producing hooks, posts, and scripts.
• Produce and host podcasts and interviews with successful founders and investors.
• Build and maintain AI‑citable assets such as answer pages, comparison pages, and a newsroom.
• Pitch and secure earned‑media placements in trade press, newsletters, and podcasts.
• Consolidate a canonical company story across platforms and track share‑of‑voice in AI answers and search.
• Measure audience and inbound growth against pipeline metrics rather than vanity metrics.

Required profile

• Deep immersion in the startup and VC ecosystem, active daily on LinkedIn and X.
• Proven track record of growing an audience or brand with measurable results.
• Ability to create all content formats yourself – hooks, posts, scripts, pages.
• Curiosity about AI citation mechanisms and experience building structured, schema‑rich content.
• Analytical mindset to dissect successful and under‑performing pieces and iterate.
• Highly online, self‑motivated, and ready to own the entire public side solo.
