Consumer Engagement Services Advisor – French Speaker

About the role

As a Consumer Engagement Services (CES) Advisor you will be the first point of contact for Nestlé consumers, helping them resolve questions and issues across multiple channels. You will use your French and English language skills to guide users through product features, recommend solutions, and ensure a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to consumer inquiries via phone, email, chat and social media in a timely and accurate manner.
• Identify customer needs, provide step‑by‑step guidance, and document interactions in internal databases.
• Share feature requests and workarounds with relevant stakeholders.
• Inform customers about new features, campaigns and functionalities.
• Follow up to confirm issue resolution and gather feedback for knowledge‑base updates.
• Handle serious or sensitive contacts according to Nestlé CES standards.
• Redirect queries to appropriate teams when a direct answer is not possible.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native French with fluent written and spoken English.
• Previous experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role.
• Ability to adapt tone of voice to different brands and communication channels.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
