Communication Manager

About the role

SOVA is a fast‑growing women’s health brand seeking a Communication Manager to shape its voice across social media, influencer partnerships, and flagship media channels such as a podcast and YouTube. You will work directly with the founders and a passionate team to turn communication into a growth lever.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute SOVA’s social media strategy to boost brand awareness, engagement and community growth.
• Set the editorial vision – pillars, tone, formats, calendar and publishing rhythm.
• Create or oversee high‑performing content, from briefs and scripts to captions and storylines.
• Translate trends into authentic, brand‑consistent content.
• Build, scale and manage a network of creators, influencers, affiliates and ambassadors.
• Develop clear partnership strategies, brief campaigns and validate content.
• Own the content strategy for SOVA’s podcast and YouTube channel.
• Measure performance, analyse metrics and iterate to improve results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in communications, social media or digital marketing, preferably in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Strong storytelling ability and a data‑driven mindset.
• Passion for women’s health and the mission to improve hormonal wellbeing.
• Comfort working directly with founders and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
