Marketing Specialist – Luxury Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Specialist to promote high‑end property listings and boost brand visibility for a luxury real‑estate business operating in Portugal. The role is office‑based in Lisbon and focuses on lead generation, digital campaigns, and market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for property listings, development projects and brand campaigns.
• Manage digital advertising on Google Ads, Meta and other relevant platforms.
• Oversee property listings on Idealista and additional local and international portals.
• Lead the company’s social‑media presence and content strategy.
• Coordinate creation of copy, imagery and video assets.
• Support property launches and promotional events.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and produce reports.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven marketing experience within the Portuguese real‑estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Lisbon property market.
• Experience working in a real‑estate brokerage environment.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Commercially minded, analytical and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with external agencies.
