Senior Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join our remote production team. You will support Account Managers by overseeing the full lifecycle of content projects, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables maintain the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support production workflows to guarantee on‑time delivery of content projects.
• Manage complex workflows and deliverables using platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, and Trello.
• Act as the liaison between production roles, unblock teammates, and escalate issues when needed.
• Create weekly internal and external production reports for assigned projects.
• Participate in internal syncs, daily huddles, and client calls to keep communication clear and expectations aligned.
• Review client deliverables for quality, including presentation decks, visual assets, and staged uploads.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve quality and reduce turnaround time.
• Assign and delegate tasks, develop training materials, and train team members.

Required profile

• Strong remote‑based project and task management abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects with differing objectives simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication and customer‑service orientation.
• High energy, curiosity, and a growth mindset.
• Ability to work within the Atlantic or Eastern Time Zone.
