Communication and Design Consultant

About the role

Decskill is seeking a Communication and Design Consultant to join its Lisbon team. You will support the creation and delivery of communication and marketing initiatives for IT services, projects, and change‑management programs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute communication and marketing plans for services, projects, and initiatives.
• Analyse stakeholders and target audiences to craft tailored messaging, storytelling and content.
• Create and edit written, visual and multimedia assets such as presentations, manuals, videos and tutorials.
• Develop graphic materials and presentations while ensuring compliance with corporate branding guidelines.
• Maintain templates, guidebooks, manuals and reusable communication assets.
• Coordinate content inputs, reviews, approvals, schedules, events, production and publishing across multiple channels.

Required profile

• Degree in Communication, Marketing, Design, Multimedia or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in communication, marketing or a similar role.
• Proven experience in communication planning and multi‑channel delivery.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Experience supporting communication for IT services, projects or change‑management initiatives is a plus.

Required skills

• Graphic and presentation design, adhering to corporate branding.
• Video editing and creation of tutorials or other multimedia content.
• Digital content creation, automation and AI‑assisted communication workflows (optional).
