Client Data Support Officer – French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Client Data Support Officer to join the Client Data team within Indosuez Wealth Management. The role focuses on maintaining the Know‑Your‑Customer (KYC) database and ensuring client files are accurate and compliant throughout the client life‑cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate documents provided by clients and enter the information into the bank’s systems.
• Keep customer files up‑to‑date and fully compliant with internal and regulatory standards.
• Perform administrative tasks such as encoding, verification, archiving and quality checks of client documentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to the bank’s procedures and regulatory requirements during onboarding and periodic reviews.
• Maintain the accuracy, quality and completeness of all customer file documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within KYC or a related compliance environment.
• Strong attention to detail, efficiency and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to local market specificities.
