Client Advisor – Luxury Boutique

About the role

BVLGARI is seeking a Client Advisor to join its Lisbon boutique. As the brand’s ambassador, you will create memorable customer experiences, drive sales, and support the store’s overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with purchases, after‑sales service, and product consultations.
• Identify customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while attracting new customers.
• Manage the sales process in line with brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Register and maintain customer data for loyalty programmes and execute 1‑to‑1 CRM activities as directed.
• Ensure compliance with sales, security, and tax regulations.
• Perform basic after‑sales services such as strap replacements, buckle adjustments, and jewelry cleaning.
• Support boutique operations, including inventory management and daily tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in luxury retail or a similar high‑end environment.
• Proactive, customer‑focused, and results‑oriented with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and store management applications.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
