About the role

We are seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at Costaterra Golf & Ocean Club, a private members‑only community in Comporta, Portugal. You will work under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Sous‑Chef to deliver high‑quality dishes that reflect the resort’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily menus in collaboration with the kitchen team.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and manage ingredient availability.
• Place orders promptly and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Propose new dish presentations and improve kitchen processes.
• Maintain speed and quality of food production while adhering to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
