Capital Markets Junior Consultant

About the role

Join CBRE’s Capital Markets team as a Junior Consultant, supporting the full investment cycle for residential development projects. You will work closely with developers, investors, banks, and strategic decision‑makers, gaining hands‑on experience in feasibility, analysis, and transaction execution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial models, valuation exercises, business and strategic plans for real estate investments.
• Conduct market research and interpret sector data across multiple asset classes.
• Create presentations, proposals and marketing materials for investors, clients and financial institutions.
• Participate in commercial engagements with investors, clients and banks.
• Support buy‑side and sell‑side transaction processes throughout their lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering or Architecture.
• Up to 2 years of experience in real estate, consulting, corporate finance, investment banking or similar.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks autonomously and proactively.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); Spanish or French a plus.
