Campus Recruiter (Intern) – Coimbra

About the role

Join Accenture's Recruitment team as a Campus Recruiter intern in Coimbra. You will support the full recruitment lifecycle for early‑career talent across Portugal, while helping to strengthen Accenture’s presence on university campuses.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for internship and entry‑level positions, from sourcing to interview coordination.
• Screen, interview and provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Partner with hiring managers and maintain candidate pipelines using recruitment systems.
• Build relationships with universities, student organisations and attend career fairs, workshops and campus events.
• Represent Accenture on campus and contribute to employer‑branding initiatives.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure efficient hiring operations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and suggest improvements to processes and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or HR.
• Experience conducting interviews and managing recruitment activities.
• Strong interest in campus recruitment, employer branding and talent attraction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solution‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn new methodologies and technologies.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
