C Developer – French Speaking (Remote, Portugal)

About the role

Aubay Portugal is seeking a skilled C Developer who is fluent in French and English. The position is fully remote within Portugal and focuses on developing, maintaining, and enhancing mission‑critical information systems for clients across banking, insurance, automotive, and other strategic sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and debug applications primarily using the C programming language.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate SQL databases and web services (REST & SOAP) into solutions.
• Maintain code quality through version control (GitLab) and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Participate in Agile Scrum/DevOps and SAFe ceremonies to deliver increments on schedule.
• Provide technical support and documentation for Linux‑based environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C and solid knowledge of SQL.
• Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
• Ability to work independently and remotely from Portugal.
