Buyer – Indirect Procurement (Europe)

About the role

We are seeking a Buyer – Indirect Procurement to join Sodecia’s European procurement team. The role will lead strategic sourcing and contract management for a wide range of indirect services, driving cost optimisation and supplier performance across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect categories across Europe.
• Lead supplier selection, RFQs/RFPs, contract negotiations and manage supplier performance.
• Procure IT & digital services including software licences, SaaS, cloud, hardware and cybersecurity solutions.
• Source professional and corporate services such as consulting, legal, audit, training and temporary workforce.
• Negotiate travel and mobility agreements with airlines, hotels, car rental and mobility partners.
• Collaborate with insurance brokers to procure corporate insurance programmes.
• Manage telecommunications procurement, including mobile devices and connectivity services.
• Build long‑term supplier relationships, monitor KPIs and mitigate supply risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic procurement, preferably in indirect or services categories.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex service agreements and framework contracts.
• Strong understanding of corporate procurement policies and governance.
