Business Manager – IT Consulting

About the role

Decskill is seeking a Business Manager to drive growth and strengthen client relationships for its IT consulting projects. You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with teams across Lisbon, Porto, and Madrid, and contribute to the company’s international expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives and identify new opportunities within the IT sector.
• Design and execute sales strategies for existing client portfolios.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals.
• Support and guide the career development of the consulting team.
• Coordinate closely with the Recruitment team to align talent acquisition with business needs.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with clients and consultants.

Required profile

• Degree in Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the IT industry.
• Proven ability to identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong collaborative mindset and team‑player attitude.
• Proactive, dynamic, with solid organisational and management capabilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
