About the role

Uber is seeking a Business Development Specialist III who is fluent in French to join its high‑revenue, strategic sales team. This senior‑level position focuses on complex partnership opportunities, driving revenue while navigating technical challenges and client outages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support to French‑speaking clients via email, phone and chat.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue generation targets for large or high‑value segments.
• Generate leads, prospect new accounts, and uncover business challenges to position Uber’s value proposition.
• Onboard, manage, and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring smooth issue resolution and escalation when needed.
• Collaborate with internal product, operations and sales teams to recommend data‑driven programs and upsell opportunities.
• Analyze trends, track issues, and share best practices across the team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of sales or account‑management experience with email and phone support.
• Fluent in English and French with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a target‑driven environment and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Logical, data‑driven decision‑making and strong time‑management capabilities.
