Business Development Executive

About the role

As a Business Development Executive you will grow Currencies Direct’s affiliate partnership network by identifying and engaging new business opportunities. You will understand prospective partners’ needs and promote our cross‑border money‑transfer solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and cultivate prospective partner relationships across key sectors and industries.
• Engage with decision‑makers to build strategic partnerships.
• Proactively manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities.
• Support partners with products and services, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance partnership opportunities and retention.
• Maintain consistent daily activity, keep CRM data accurate, and meet key business metrics.

Required profile

• Proven track record of identifying, engaging, and developing new business opportunities and long‑term relationships.
• Ability to pinpoint partner pain points and position Currencies Direct as a money‑transfer solution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, confident handling of objections and delivering solution‑based outcomes.
• Self‑motivated, resilient, with a focus on exceptional service.
• Exceptional organisational and time‑management capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Bonus: experience in wealth management, financial services, SaaS, property, accounting or legal sectors.
