About the role
Inetum is seeking a Business Analyst to join its IT services team. The role focuses on supporting data‑related processes, coordinating calendars, and providing first‑line assistance to end‑users while ensuring high‑quality documentation and testing.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate closing calendars and manage reference data.
- Monitor and control data production activities.
- Provide first‑level support to end‑users.
- Define, execute, and validate test plans.
- Maintain documentation such as procedures, working instructions, validation statements, release notes and data models.
- Perform operational permanent controls.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in administration and support.
- Experience in test‑plan definition, execution and validation.
- Fluent English communication skills.
