Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist (French/English) – Remote (Sat‑Wed)

About the role

Too Good To Go is seeking a bilingual Customer Experience Specialist who will be the primary point of contact for users and partners in French and English. The position is fully remote within Portugal and follows a fixed schedule from Saturday to Wednesday. You will help turn customers into ambassadors for the fight against food waste.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user and partner inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social‑media channels (Facebook, App Store, Play Store, Google Reviews).
• Handle priority situations with care and proactively reach out to users or stores when needed.
• Support the development and implementation of processes that encourage sustainable behaviour.
• Act as a brand ambassador in all communications, inspiring customers toward a more sustainable lifestyle.
• Gather and relay customer needs and motivations to internal teams locally and globally.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service or account management.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and set high standards.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in email, chat, and phone support tools.
• Familiarity with social‑media support channels (Facebook, App Store, Play Store, Google Reviews).
• Ability to use translation tools for additional languages when required.
