Banking Operations Professional – French Speaker

About the role

Join the Banking Operations Department of BNP Paribas and support clients in executing market transactions and custody services across a wide range of asset classes. This position requires fluent communication in both English and French to ensure smooth interaction with a portfolio of institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform follow‑up of daily operations and ensure timely processing of client instructions.
• Contact clients via email or phone to clarify requests and provide updates.
• Enter client data and transaction details accurately into internal systems.
• Control operational risks and adhere to established procedures.
• Analyse client queries and produce detailed reports or responses.

Required profile

• Academic degree or completion of secondary education (12th grade).
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in banking or financial operations.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Good understanding of economics.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
