Aura Host – Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

The Aura Host is the face of the guest experience at ME Lisbon, a luxury hotel within the Meliá Hotels International portfolio. Working closely with the Aura Manager and Assistant Aura Manager, you will anticipate guest needs, create memorable moments, and uphold the brand’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, seamless experiences throughout every stage of the guest journey.
• Anticipate and exceed guest expectations through proactive engagement.
• Build strong relationships that foster loyalty to the ME by Meliá brand.
• Monitor guest feedback via Voice of the Customer tools and contribute to service improvements.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and incidents promptly and professionally.
• Act as a destination expert, recommending exclusive experiences, cultural attractions, restaurants, and services in Lisbon.
• Coordinate with operational departments to ensure flawless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a guest‑facing role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Excellent attention to detail and a solution‑driven mindset.
