Assistente de Marketing Digital

About the role

Delnext is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of performance‑marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns across multiple platforms deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up, managing and continuously optimising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads and other performance channels.
• Track key metrics such as CPC, ROAS, CTR and conversions, and help build performance dashboards and regular reports.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, keywords and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop and test creatives, ad copy and landing pages tailored to each platform.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience or solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and a passion for digital marketing.
• Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English.
• Proactive, autonomous and able to work well in a team.
