Application Support Team Leader – Finance/Risk & Compliance

About the role

Join KLx’s Infrastructure & IT Operations team as an Application Support Team Leader, focusing on Finance/Risk and Compliance/Corporate domains. You will ensure the reliability and performance of production environments while collaborating with development squads to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain application operability, update CMDB, and manage vulnerability follow‑up.
• Provide Level 2 support and ensure major change oversight across the perimeter.
• Define, plan, and execute batch jobs using Control‑M; monitor real‑time processing and resolve incidents.
• Manage production resources such as disk space, queues, and catalogs.
• Handle file transfers (CFT / Connect Express) and intervene on production resources as needed.
• Support continuous improvement of batch chains and participate in deployments and off‑hours interventions.
• Maintain runbooks, produce availability and performance reports, and act as technical integrator with project teams.

Required profile

• Solid experience in IT Operations or Application Support within high‑availability environments.
• Leadership mindset with ability to coordinate teams, make decisions, and support colleagues.
• Strong troubleshooting, reporting, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in French (B1/B2) and English (B2).
