Android Developer – Remote (3-6 years experience)

About the role

We are looking for an Android Developer to join our international team and help shape the next generation of our Predicts Android application and shared SDK libraries. The position is fully remote, allowing you to collaborate with colleagues in Portugal and the United States while delivering high‑quality mobile features.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android SDKs and libraries used by multiple product teams.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams across Portugal and the US in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Design pragmatic technical solutions and implement features iteratively.
• Write clean, testable, and performant Kotlin code.
• Contribute new functionality to the Predicts Android app and unified modules.
• Share knowledge and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of professional experience building Android applications with Kotlin.
• Solid understanding of Agile software development practices.
• Strong emphasis on code quality, testing and maintainability.
• Ability to evaluate technical options and communicate trade‑offs.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to TypeScript/React or iOS/Swift projects.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
• Mentoring experience is a plus.
