About the role
Oliver Wyman is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join its Data & Analytics team in Lisbon. The role focuses on building tools and platforms that let users interact with data, bridging analytics and software development.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop applications using MEAN/MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular or React, Node.js) and Python FastAPI.
- Create and maintain data exploration, visualization, and reporting applications.
- Implement micro‑services and API‑first architectures.
- Deploy applications with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Required skills
- Python (FastAPI)
- MEAN/MERN stack: Node.js, Express.js, Angular or React, MongoDB
- SQL and NoSQL databases
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
- Version control and CI/CD pipelines (Git)
- Front‑end frameworks and styling: Tailwind, Bootstrap, Sass, Material UI, Hero UI
