Aircraft Mechanic – Maintenance Role in Porto

About the role

JC Aircraft Maintenance, an engineering services partner for Ryanair, is looking for experienced Aircraft Mechanics to join its line‑maintenance team at the Porto (OPO) base. You will work on a fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft, ensuring airworthiness and supporting daily flight operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on Boeing 737‑800 aircraft.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship on all assigned jobs.
• Follow company procedures, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
• Collaborate with the engineering team and report any technical issues.

Required profile

• Energetic, committed and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Previous maintenance experience on Boeing 737‑800 aircraft (highly desirable).
• Proficiency in working on all zones of the aircraft.
