AI Security Engineer – Cloud & Application Security

About the role

Next Engineering is looking for an experienced AI Security Engineer to design, implement, and protect AI‑driven solutions. You will work closely with engineering teams to embed security throughout the product lifecycle and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement secure AI architectures and services.
• Conduct security assessments, threat modeling, and risk analyses for AI workloads.
• Identify, prioritize, and mitigate AI‑specific security risks such as prompt injection and data leakage.
• Provide guidance and best‑practice recommendations to development teams.
• Ensure adherence to security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Support organization‑wide adoption of secure AI practices.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in IT and cyber security.
• Strong stakeholder management and fluent English communication.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
