Accounts Receivable Trainee

About the role

Greenvolt is seeking an Accounts Receivable Trainee to support its finance team. You will assist with invoicing, payment allocation and ensure compliance with internal policies while gaining practical experience in a dynamic international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support invoice issuance and payment processing activities.
• Assist with accounts receivable reconciliations and reporting.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and support issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth billing and collection processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Recently graduated or up to one year of professional experience.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good command of Portuguese and English.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic international environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
