Account Manager – On Demand (Portugal)

About the role

Join Glovo’s On‑Demand team to help partners launch and grow their online delivery channels. You will be the main point of contact for new sales leads, contract negotiations, implementation and ongoing account management.

Key responsibilities

• Own the partner relationship for the On‑Demand service, handling sales, pitching, contracts and implementation.
• Monitor daily business performance, analyse operational metrics, KPIs, financial data and address technical queries.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for partners and use insights to drive operational improvements.
• Collaborate with local and global teams (Account Management, Sales, Operations, Finance) to support partners and improve internal processes.
• Collect partner feedback and work with product and operations teams to enhance software, systems and processes.
• Contribute to medium‑ and long‑term growth and profitability strategies, including OKR planning.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in account management, sales, consulting or marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to adapt style to diverse clients.
• Commercial acumen with proven ability to pitch and persuade partners.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management abilities, detail‑oriented.
• Problem‑solver with data‑driven, analytical thinking.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
