Waitress and Chef – Full‑time On‑site Roles

About the role

We are looking for two full‑time team members to join Ristorante Oceano in Espinho. One position will focus on front‑of‑house service as a waitress, while the other will handle back‑of‑house operations as a chef. Both roles work on‑site and collaborate to deliver a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a clean dining area (Waitress).
• Provide attentive, professional service and address guest inquiries promptly.
• Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to the restaurant’s standards (Chef).
• Maintain food‑handling hygiene, monitor inventory, and support kitchen organization.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules.
