Join the front‑of‑house team at JNcQUOI Frou Frou, a high‑end restaurant on Avenida da Liberdade that blends 1920s Shanghai glamour with contemporary Portuguese hospitality. As a waiter/waitress you will be the storyteller of our menu, delivering seamless, elegant service in a uniquely theatrical setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide impeccable table service that meets the restaurant’s exclusive standards.
• Anticipate and fulfil guest dining needs with care, discretion and a personal touch.
• Ensure flawless execution of all food and beverage operations in a refined, luxurious environment.
• Maintain a polished appearance and uphold the venue’s sophisticated atmosphere.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑end restaurant or hotel dining.
• Ability to stay focused, organized and composed under pressure.
• Team‑player who combines professionalism with genuine warmth.
• Availability for dinner shifts (mandatory).
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
