Venue Manager – Restaurant Operations

About the role

Paradigma is seeking a dynamic Venue Manager to lead the full operation of one of its restaurant spaces. You will set the tone for service, culture, and daily execution, balancing operational rigor with genuine hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day venue operations, ensuring consistent service, product quality, and atmosphere.
• Build, manage, and motivate a strong team, fostering accountability and growth.
• Be present on the floor, engage with guests, and guarantee a high‑quality experience.
• Manage budgets, costs, and performance metrics with a solid business understanding.
• Anticipate and resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively.
• Maintain all health, safety, and HACCP standards.
• Supervise opening/closing procedures and overall operational discipline.
• Collaborate with headquarters to align processes, standards, and improvements across venues.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality.
• Strong operational knowledge of both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house functions.
• Comfortable working with numbers, planning, and decision‑making.
• Natural leader who is clear, present, and able to unite people.
• Excellent communicator with a calm, structured approach.
• High standards, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
